If you can find a book called “Pruning the Ivy” published in 2007, it is well worth reading. It explains everything going on in the universities. The author, Milton Leontiades, head of the business school at Rutgers, was ahead of his time in identifying, analyzing and predicting outcomes based on the problems he observed.

Many of our college institutions today are administered by liberals & thus what the student gets are liberal leaning professors teaching classes. Statistics indicate that the liberal teachers in some of our higher institutions outnumber conservatives 90% to 10%! This % is similar to the MSM, totaly left wing. What the MSM spews for consumption to the public may not change, political balance in college hiring process is a must. Federal funding to colleges TODAY, must NOW be closely federally monitored on political affiliation to achieve a balanced teaching cadre. Parents, alumni, contributors and most important, the students, should know WHO & WHAT ELSE is being taught in the classrooms. Can’t fire all of the lib’s.
