First, This murderer is just that, A murderer. He is not a “Sniper”. A True Sniper Shots one to Protect others. A True Sniper Doesn’t shot and kill a citizen. there is no reason to just shot and kill unless you’re at war. Myself, A Camp Lejeune Division School trained Scout Sniper. The point is that the shooter got off the closest one can get to a pure kill shot, short of Charlie Kirk getting shot in the middle of the head; Kirk was hit in the Carotid Artery. Unless you had training, the odds are you aren’t going to get as perfect a kill (politics and feelings aside) as this guy had. Not to say that things happen; in the days when baseball pitchers had to bat, sometimes they did hit home runs. Things happen on occasion.
It will be a great day when a firing squad take’s him out after a “hopefully” quick and speedy trial. Hopefully he will quickly join Gary Gilmore. I believe the sentence should be carried out at Bonneville Salt Flats with a sniper squad with the newest 50cal rifle at about a mile range.
