He was born in Hawaii which is a state of the United States but some people don’t know their history or geography so that means they are dumb to say that he is not an American citizen but what country are they from when you are always talking about Obama and how he never showed his birth certificate and your president did not show his tax returns when every president before him has done that you have the audacity to talk about Obama not being an American citizen and he has a degree and he is very intelligent and qualified to be a president and a senator and his predecessor is not a college graduate but he says he’s very intelligent and he’s smarter than Obama but he has a hard time with reading comprehension he just says what he wants to say and some people don’t understand what he is talking about sometimes but I just listen and don’t have any opinions on him but sometimes I just have to respond to this stuff like this makes me feel bad for him being that he is the president and I have respect for my country because my family has been in a military and my dad was in the army during World War II and he went to Germany along with my mom’s brother they were both there at the same time and they were a part of the men that were there to clean up the country in Germany and my older son was a Sargent in the army and now he’s an assistant principal of an elementary school in a rough area in middle Georgia and my nephew was in Afghanistan working as a civilian and he was in the army and his wife was a Sargent in the army so they now live in Seattle Washington with their four sons and they are now all in college there so I have a family of people who are very intelligent and they don’t depend on the government assistance program to give them anything and my two oldest sisters are both teachers and they don’t depend on the government either because we all work for a living but right now I am on disability but I paid for it since I have worked for forty or more years of my life and paid my social security taxes and now that I’m disabled I have to depend on my disability money to pay my bills and the government has said that I don’t deserve it but it’s my money that was taken out of my paycheck every time I get paid for working as a teacher of a local head start school that the government doesn’t want us to have a decent school for low income families to send their children and we didn’t get paid enough for what we did for our students and their families because I started working as a teacher and then I got promoted to the center manager and family services worker and had to do home visits with the parents so they could make goals for themselves and I had some mothers who made a goal to get off of government assistance to get a better education to be able to get a college education and not have a live in the projects where the kids saw criminal activity going on in their life and one mother was able to get a nursing degree and a house near the school where she could be home to get her daughter from school and be there to help her daughter with her homework and now the daughter is a nurse and they both work at the same hospital because they were my nurse when I was transferred to a skilled nursing unit close to my home so my family could come visit me often because I had a bad stroke in 2019 and I was just finishing my college classes to get my associates degree in business administration and our baby son was getting ready for graduate high school and I missed my graduation ceremony I his graduation ceremony and party but my husband and my daughter were there to make sure he had everything he needed to go through everything I was not able to do and she finally shared the graduation ceremony video with me and then she sent me the video of him getting ready for the senior prom but I was able to be with him for my husband to walk him out to the field for his senior night football game and he have those pictures with him on my phone and I also have memories with his friends and their mom’s when we had on our Tshirts that were made by the moms because we had a different shirt for the games and we were able to sit together in the football stadium and he said he they are all still good friends and he and one other guy are coaches for a little league football team

Don’t often post. Read for amusement. For what it’s worth (to some) I’m retired/old/long-lived. I can note a life’s experiences/ hardships at the hands of Life “Stuff,” my government & other debacles. I don’t care what anyone thinks of me now for what I say. I have my own daily “checkbook” proof of my life. I’ve never taken from my government local, state or federal…even when I needed help. The help was always at the end of my OWN arm, NOT at the end of my neighbor’s arm. This ethic has evaporated…MORE SO since we became akin to a “Democratic Socialist” government, a’la Bernie Sanders & his protegee, Alexandra Occasional Cortex. Living in a high tax welfare state (not by choice) we pay 40% or more of what we earn for local, state federal taxes totaled. We are NOT “the rich” that everyone wants to tax…but we are the ones who end up w/this burden b/c “the rich” can “hide” their earning legally …& we can’t. I’ve spent various electorates thru’ the yrs. ( You can ask me abt being in my 20’s & a 1st time home-owner, new parent during Jimmy Carter. I kept a Ledger of household expenses/needs/earnings & output…& it rivals any Depression Era day-to-day existence I’ve studied in history—which I taught for 30 yrs/plus heard about fr my parents/ grandparents…it just didn’t last as long& was not ended by an economic “boom” due to a World War). This has been my journey, & it could be yours, too. Now, in our past..or NOW in your future. I can only relate what I’ve lived, for instance: Barak Hussein Obama, a mixed race of Native Black African /American White, who NEVER held a national elected position for more than 100 days before he began running for POTUS office, nor elevated or included his mother (no matter race) or his White grandparents (who, effectively, raised him) in his discourse or his regards…was elected to POTUS after growing up in formative years w/radicalized anti-“colonization” Black African sperm father (Dreams of My Father publication), & a Muslim step-father in a Muslim private school in Indonesia & never growing up on the USA 48 “mainland states”–came to mainland USA, age 18, to Occidental College in CA(& grew thereafter in an era of post-Civil Rights gains in our country, Affirmative Action,) & after the stress of experiencing the only attack on our homeland since WWII–the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attack on our financial center, military headquarters, and, but for the heroism of doomed, patriotic passengers on a plane slated by Islamic terrorists to take out our seat of government)—-deep breath—did NOT UNIFY US AGAINST ANY OF THIS. He had the historic opportunity w/election to prove what we’d gained & earned from our past, ie…our progression to color-blindness & moving forward (OH, & that we are MORE racially than JUST Black and White in this country, I was a public-school teacher who taught maybe up to 50 nationalities/colors/cultures). We’d worked that trajectory for more than 60 yrs in a movement & more than a century otherwise (my family suffered generations financially fr a family member, father of 6, killed in the Civil War, from PA…who left a Pacifist sect in which he was raised to fight/give his life ultimately, to dispatch slavery in our country. No one ever “figures that in when they talk “reparations.”) My husband & I worked in US Public Health Service, Indian Health. I’ve LIVED the color-blind life. I thought we were beyond all that (plus, multiple colors/cultures by then were represented in my family—but we are ALL divided NOW within our family). Barak Hussein Obama was a divider, not a uniter through his history, nor our history. I voted for him the first time, hoping from my historic view of our nation & the construct of our present family that he’d be like a “Tuskegee Airman,” to go above & beyond to “prove” we all bleed Red/White/ & Blue……But he was an abject failure, his wife, too (“Ive never been proud to be an American”yata yata), that has crippled us even unto this day…He visited a very poor presidency upon us–that I could detail now, but will not in order to abbreviate my too-long post. The record is the record & anyone can look it up now or read it in written posts of his policies & outcomes…or so in the history books lined up to be publicly revealed within years. Also, the evaluations & books/reports that will come out any day now abt Obama’s chosen laughing stock in my teen years of growing up in the D.C area—Joe Biden. Literally…I’ve lived from Biden’s stupid beginning as a Senator from the tri-state (Delaware/MD/VA) area in that I’ve suffered a lifetime from this man’s inabilities, even before he was senile. He was always considered the “Senate’s Dumbest Man.” NOT the Senate’s poorest man (chk out his millions, now, on a salary abt equal to what my husband & I have made as professionals ea year. I can assure you, I don’t have a couple of million-dollar homes on the beach or in the DC area…and more). Enough vitriol. All of it deserved, nonetheless. So sorry….for all of us. Jefferson said and thought that a free press would educate the American public toward an elective government would help guarantee an administration of a fair and just/ honest governance. He could NOT have known about a populace that gets its news from “sound bytes” responsible to no known “truth serum.”
One of the most thoughtful, well-written posts I have ever found. I am fortunate to be sharing this country with you. While the damage done by Obama is the stuff of legend, it is perhaps incidental to what LBJ and his “Great Society” did by outlawing 2-parent households for welfare eligibility. This destroyed any hope of the influence of a traditional family on the children. It has inexorably led to the current situation of rampant crime and anti-social behavior, aided and abetted by a nearly useless law “enforcement” and court system populated by graduates of that same environment.
