I totally agree with you. But we all know we’ve got way too many liberals that would call it barbaric and will always defend them because they all have a form of mental illness as well. As you, I am so sick of insanity pleadings. Like you said, regardless if you’ve been diagnosed with mental illness or not, if you are criminally violent it should never be a justification for escaping consequences & evading accountability. Any person who would wish and carry through harm or death on to another human or animal is mentally ill. Stop with using it as an excuse and just eliminate them off the face of the earth! Their rate of recidivism is very high.
People need to stop looking on their phones constantly and pay attention to their surroundings. There’s no help for the criminally insane. There’s a glitch in their brain that controls impulse. There will no longer be asylums because of them being poorly run by the states and because of abuse. The states only want to spend money on illegal immigrants. Mental health is a huge problem and letting them out into society for them to kill again is not the answer. Maybe the Dems want them removed from society permanently by another’s hand. Yeah we know if the police kills a black lunatic there will be burning and looting.

Liberals will do nothing unless it affects them or their family. I wonder what Jamie Raskin would do if it was him or his daughter was socked in the face. After 3 arrest (and that’s too many) there judges ought to be REQUIRED to house these questionable mental people in their homes for a month before letting their back on the streets
Sounds like a plan to me. Liberals seem to never be the victims of their deranged, corrupt & violent supporters. But God forbid they or their families do become victims, the outrage, inhumanity & barbarism would carry on for months/years, while they publicly celebrate the attacks & assassinations of conservatives. A truly evil group of sub-humans and anyone who supports this party in this day & age are equally so.
All states should have some type of stand your ground law. But I notice the states that let these freaks loose into society are in blue cities, where guns are practically illegal. Let the bastard to my neck of the woods. He get it with a shotgun.

Being insane shouldn’t give any person immunity from harming others. They are still a threat to society. This is what the old ‘insane asylums’ were for. Keep them away from society. Let these judges who release them take them in to live with their families.
