The guy who killed that woman on camera should be executed without a trial, because everyone in America saw him do it. There can be no question of innocence.
Also the person who released him should be tried for conspiracy to commit first degree murder, and, if convicted, sentenced to to whatever the penalty would be for any citizen who was convicted of the same charge.

Agreed! When you have 100% video footage showing the murderer perform his deed. We need to have an “Expedition Law”. Within 24 to 32 hours the perpetrator would go into Federal Court and a board of 5 would watch the footage. Only 1 would be required to give the guilty sentence. Give the individual 5 minutes to speak, and quickly decide a death sentence. Take the person outside to the gallows and hang him immediately. No need for an Appeal, as you have the full proof on video feed. Taxpayers not feeding lawyers pockets with needless cash. Give the remains to a pig-sty and that would be the end. No prisoner sitting on death row for 70 years.
