What is true may sound like fiction and what is fiction may sound like truth, it is obvious that the SCOTUS has lost control of the federal courts, these never-ending district federal judges have ignored the SCOTUS rulings, this is a dangerous thing
If the fed judges are ignoring the SCOTUS, then Trump can ignore the fed judges, which most are Marxist.
I have believed this since the overturn of “Vringo vs IP Internet”. Vringo won a lawsuit against Goog,AOL,Target and Gannett. Jurors decided case in all charges: 12-0. However GOOG took it to the Appeals Court where 2 of 3 judges (lawyers wearing robes) decided they didn’t agree with the 12, and “quickly” overturned the case! Only judge Chen who highly dissented had a background in computer technology. Attorney David Buies took the case to the Supreme Court, where they “nicely” decided not to hear the case and tossed it. We shareholders lost everything, while houses in Potomac, MD “no doubt” had white panel vans go to rear entrances with lots of shoeboxes full of Benjamins. How dirty! To outright toss a unanimous 12-0 jury on every single charge. I bet Judge Mayer and that other dirty judge have no problem sleeping at night! Our courts need to be fixed! Look what the dirty courts have done to our President in New York!
It bothers me to think just how long this has been going on and how slow SCOTUS reacted. The left would have went into full combat mode if any conservative Fed Judge tried these maneuvers. If 1 conservative judge stepped out of line the libs would have raised hell, pronto. Again, Republicans complain but YA GOOTA PLAY HARDBALL and get a backbone! Right now, the only one that I know is, DJT.

President Trump needs to ignore anything coming from ‘district’ federal judges. ‘District’ being the operative word here!
