jack smith and his team falsified documents, tampered with evidence, provided false documents to the courts lied to the court, lied to a grand jury before it even went to the Florida court, and now has admitted to most of his criminal acts including admitting to have no chain of custody for he evidence he provided the courts which means the evidence should be thrown out.
