We need a constitutional convention to: Add term limits to all of congress. Eliminate birthright citizenship. Stop all foreign born people from any public office. Stop all âfederal districtâ judges from making judgements unrelated to their âdistrictâ. Protect and enforce all laws for all people (especially sedition and treason); including politicians. Stop all immigration of people that cannot contribute financially; no tax payer funding for anyone immigrating to the US.
The 14th Amendment is very clear, only if you have allegiance to the USA when your child is born is the child a citizen, it was written after the Civil War so the freed slaves children could be citizens.
Note Kamala’s mother was here on a student visa as was her dad. The law in India makes her a citizen of India and the Jamaican law of her dad’s country also makes her a citizen.
My friends from India didn’t have children until after they became US citizens so they wouldn’t be citizens of India.
