It’s not about the legality of detaining illegal immigrants, it’s about using the proper process, following the rule of law, which ICE in almost all cases is NOT doing.
1st of all, they don’t deserve any special process. What was the special process that brought them here? Oh yeah, they just walked in. Well they should be walked right back out. What do you want a trial for each one of the 20 million plus people we want gone? Do you realize how long that would take? 10 years minimum. What about the cost of something like that? Its costing enough to do what he is doing. Imagine the taxpayer paying for the lawyers and the trials for 20 million people! Seriously, you must be out of your mind.

As a American, I just can’t walk in, or drive in, to another country, without the proper papers,or visa.
