…a stupid video. Fast Service Restaurants have been doing no salt fries for customers for decades. You cook the fries, pull out a clean, sanitized pan or customer tray, dump the fries and then fill a box of bag with unsalted fries and dump the remaining fries into the bin to be salted. It’s not rocket science and takes very little effort. As an employee and manager…your job is to meet the customer’s reasonable needs, ensure their satisfaction and entice them to return. Any thing you do beyond that is harnful to building and maintaining the business. How dumb.
