Tipping has become retail panhandling !!!
Ever since I can remember, I’m an older woman, tipping was something you did after receiving exceptional service. When you received friendly and appropriately attentive service like checking to see if everything was good and keeping coffee cups filled. It’s crazy to tip before you’ve even received any kind of service.
Any resturant that pulls that shit will NEVER get my business. And since I pay with cash, they won’t be able to steal any plastic card numbers from me. And if they’re not set up to receive cash, then I just got a free meal.
