I agree that they shouldn’t get any benefits. If a person’s termination was for cause, many would not qualify for unemployment benefits. The unemployment is only for 6 months and you have to submit a minimum of 3 job searches per week. Very rarely does one get an extension beyond 6 months. I can’t imagine too many places of employment that would want that kind of employee on their payroll.
