Though this is a good outcome, America is still in the grip of “Judicial Tyranny.” That was a major fear of those genius founders when they conceived our three “equal” branches of government, and provided recourse if it ever raised its tyrannical head!
The scary thing being that four of those SCOTUS robed judges would not have made this ruling UNANIMOUS! The SCOTUS have already abdicated their responsibility for reining in these out-of-control local and Federal elected and unelected Judges. It is past time that the Congress of The United States use their authority to recall/remove these politicized, radical, judges! As is said far too often in America today, “You Just Can’t Make This Schiff Up.”
