When it comes to elections, anything can happen. I will be very surprised if the Republicans hold onto the House and Senate. People are pissed at the high fuel prices, tariffs, etc.
I’m getting really tired of ‘fence-sitters’!! What happened to good, old-fashioned support, commitment and loyalty?? After all that Trump has accomplished in the short time he’s been president–I’d expect a bit more of that in spite of things getting a bit ‘tough’ when he went after one of our worst enemies!! Did we really think it was going to be easy and we wouldn’t feel anything when the ‘enemy’ struck back??? Are we a nation of ‘spoiled brats’ that think war would never affect our ‘comfort zone’!? I was a WW11 kid and I know that never happens. So, ‘buck up’ and tighten your belt. It will be worth it in the end. Thankfully, Trump is not only ‘tough’ but very intelligent! HE knows what he’s doing, even if you don’t. He can’t just ‘lay it out there’!! This is ‘WAR’ and he tells us only what he can without endangering our security. We have plenty of traitors and spies all too willing to do that already!
Deborah: Well, it wasn’t very intelligent to launch an unprovoked attack on Iran. Trump does NOT know what he’s doing. If he did, he wouldn’t have attacked Iran. We need the War Powers Act. A president needs a declaration of war from Congress before he can attack another country. Last time Congress declared was December 1941.
