I think that Trump is saying this and not the female leader of Mexico. She is a strong willed woman and has the military in Mexico to do what has to done regarding the cartels. She doesn’t need Trump or anyone to help her or bail her out. Bill , you might ask yourself, why it’s your ex-wife?

Why would Mexico want to be a part of the USA? They are an independent country. The leader of the Republican Party wants Canada to become a state , he wants to buy Greenland, which isn’t for sale. He wants this , that and the other thing. He behaves like a four year old having temper tantrums.
I’m sure President Trump will come to Mexico’s aid & make an offer she can’t refuse. However, I would hope America works closely with their Gov’t to “weed out” their political personal who may be a bit “soft” on eliminating the countries drug business. A deal between A & M in this adventure could be a win/win but M will need to experience an “attitude change”.
