THE conspiracy Included help from foreign actors, therefore SCHIFF and others could be classified as Enemy Combatants. TRUMP in his first term signed Executive ORDER 13848– Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election” which was ordered September 12, 2018 or OVER 2 YEARS PRIOR to the Nov 3, 2020 Presidential Election. So not to look conspicuous BIDEN extended it ONLY until Sept 7, 2022, or two months prior to the Nov, 2022 election that involved Seats in Congress.
However, it was in place when these conspirators continued these lies in their official capacity, and covered up the crimes, or added to them.
Enemies of the USA can be tried by a MILITARY TRIBUNAL, which in non death penalty cases only requires 3/4 of the Jury for a conviction. You would think a military jury, as opposed to a woke public jury, would be more inclined to convict in a case vs scum attacking a beloved COMMANDER IN CHIEF.
OBAMA himself is not protected by Presidential Immunity for crimes he committed after leaving office. If egregious enough to be impeached and convicted by Congress for treason, he could even lose his automatic immunity.

ANY members of that group that had top secret clearances, who KNEW that SCHIFF was either leaking classified info, OR was LYING to take down TRUMP was required to report this to AUTHORTIES.
IF they did not notify someone immediately, and allowed it to proceed, and go unreported it is almost like they participated…until they realized they could be considered as part of the conspiracy… and suffer the consequences. BIG question is… WHO working with the FBI, CIA, or NDI, DOJ, or anywhere IN WASHINGTON DC could they have trusted to not be DEEP STATE themselves, leading to your double hole in the head suicide.
PEOPLE are trained that if you violated something as simple as walk into a SCIF with a cell phone, realize it and immediately leave…you are required to report yourself for the violation. IF A COWORKER exits the SCIF and leaves classified material on their desk, YOU MUST REPORT THEIR VIOLATION. DUI, or SMOKE POT and you just lost your clearance and job.
I know of someone years ago, who took a Russian Language class, with his managers permission, and security fired him.
SCHIFF and all his associates should likely have been reporting themselves for security violations multiple times a day. SO much so they should have to forfeit their salaries, pensions, and perks going back a decade.
