need to STOP paying the worse people too. the lazy/unproductive
We need to put an end to DEI nationwide, in every nook and cranny. That needs to start in the educational system. We need to get rid of the Teachers Union, the Education Dept.. We need to give the education system back to the states, with federal funding after meeting certain criteria. The school boards should have parental involvement. The teachers need to be able to pass their own tests and follow a curriculum. No CRT, transgendering discussions, there should be merit-based grading for students, there should be merit-based reviews on the teachers at the end of the school year and raises based on their report cards. In other words, we need our old education system back where all else begins.
Not only is it racist, it’s corrupt because most of those who get jobs are mediocre at best.
I worked with affirmative action employees……them not being qualified was the least. THEY DIDN’T WANT TO LEARN
