My grandmom died at the age of 117. She lived the same way.

    • Spent early yrs on a dairy farm so that’s how we ate: AGREE on garlic (& onions)…& some kind of “super green” like Kale, beet tops or (my fav–) Swiss Chard, dandelion, or arugula (sauteed/used in my 2-egg omelet). Gave up on “oleo/margarine” 40 yrs ago when it started to cost more than real butter. Went back to real butter instead of God-knows-what the fake is made of (those bad oils??). In parting–bless this wonderful lady. I’m pretty sure I observed that her teeth & knees are better than mine & I’m decades away from 108!
