Tom is correct in his analysis of DeSantis. DeSantis shined when he was essentially giving the middle finger to the Biden administration over Covid policy and mandates and he was popular when he challenged the media over their smear campaigns of him. Now that the crisis of Covid is basically over and the media doesn’t really have him in the center of the news anymore, DeSantis is struggling with what can keep him relevant.
