I have lived in the Sacramento Area since 1997. The Sacramento Government has been a Ponzi Scheme for decades so Newsom’s Incompetency is nothing new. The big problem is the Voter Block who put these corrupt politicians in office. We do have a large welfare society here in California. I am 80 and I know for a fact that my vote has meant nothing. Changing California for the better will take an Act of God.
