She still needs to go. No you are not back to the CB feel yet. She has no earthly idea what the CB customers feel or want. The service, the food, the ambiance stinks. Corporate needs to bring in someone who understands what the customers want…even their employees aren’t happy any longer.
I was in the restaurant business for a few years. The cardinal rule is keep current customers. Next. Know them. Know what they like, dislike etc. Next, give them more of what they like and less of what they don’t.
These two were in manager land. Where customers are like cattle ready for milking. Their solutions weren’t the customers solutions, they were theirs. HUGE MISTAKE.

I will not eat at Cracker Barrel again as long as she is still there. She needs to be officially fired.
