We ate at Cracker Barrel on Friday, after we voted. My husband and I thought the food was 100 times better than the last time we had been there. The waiters were friendly and very helpful, and the shopping? Fantastic. We even bought a whole pie to take home. We’ll be back this coming week, as I no longer cook. Happy to have the Cracker Barrel and its improvement at Benbrook, Texas

Agree completely. We used to eat at CB 2 -3 times per week. Not anymore. They need to fire the CEO.

We have not been back to Cracker Barrel. I need to check the ratings first. I think my husband went through withdrawal when he stopped drinking Bud Light, but he did it and switched to Miller Lite.
Crapper Barrel is to Southern cooking what Taco Smell is to Mexican food.
I have a micro-wave and sauce pan and can cook better Southern Food than the Mexicans in the back of the craphole, Cracker Barrel.

Have you all seen the video on YouTube about restaurants? Really interesting. I’ll eat at home or a mom and pop restaurant.
Not interested in cooked, frozen and reheated foods, packaged foods, etc. I make my own pancake mix from scratch, so should Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, Ihop, etc… Eggs shouldn’t be powdered for omelets, etc.. For what’s being served in many restaurants, I might just as well buy it from the frozen food freezer and eat it at home. But, I don’t buy prepared items. They’re not healthy, way too much salt, fat, and unnecessary ingredients/additives.
