Awesome! Now let’s clamp down on HOA Association run by realtors. They are too expensive. It is such a scam. Homeowners only should run them. They have so much rule over home buyers even to taking your house if you are behind on dues etc! You never own the land your house sits on. A total scam started by realtors. We need to make them illegal and only neighborhood residents can be in control. No HOA should ever be able to take your house only a lending institution for not paying your mortgage.
HOAs in theory are good for a neighborhood, but all too often they are run by a bunch of power-hungry twerps that want their few moments of having power over others.

I gave a list of problems: neighbors parking cars on my yard, with sprinkler heads being taken out; trespassing and flower beds destroyed; softball on my front lawn; death threats for being Conservative; an email with a death threat for Trump’s life (called the FBI for that one and local police); anti Semitic slurs; branches cut from my conifers (they wanted to make decorations); and the latest decapitated animals on my driveway (since there was no blood they were planted there). I now just file police reports and video the criminals.
