She’s running at the mouth non-stop. I got pulled over for breezing through a stop sign, no ticket with a warning. If you’re nice and don’t resist, they will cut you a break. No one’s above the law.
This woman was wrong on so many levels, and I do NOT agree with the policeman not following thru by taking her to the station and letting them handle it from there like it would have happened to any normal person, she ran 2 stop signs, would not show her license regardless of the 20 times he asked for it, than proceeded to laugh, at him while he was explaining the steps, she should NOT get a dismissal, she should have to pay the fine, and answer to her actions just like normal people would, This crap of people getting off because they are in office, is not ok, the normal People would not get off, so why should they, our judicial system needs to be overhauled in many ways
She clearly doesn’t listen, or she clearly just ignores the officers orders, didn’t never offer to show her drivers license. Bottom line in my opinion is she thinks because of her official government position she is above the law! I hope she learns her lesson with this, but I doubt it. The officer went beyond his job to being nice to her and only giving her a citation, that again you tell she doesn’t listen when he was clearly explaining to her the process of where she will need to pay for it, unless the court dismisses the citation she will still have to show up to the court date, which you can hear her question whether if she decides not to show, then the officer tells her that she will have a warrant for her arrest! Good grief grandma, just comply with the authorities and you could have been on your way! Maybe she really doesn’t have any respect for law enforcement. Bottom line is she is a citizen just like everyone else and just because she holds a government position, she is no better than anyone else!
If he lets her walk away after all that, then I’m very disappointed in him.

as an OLD retired Gentleman I can Tell you From 54 years of DRIVING experience had I NOT given my Identification, I would Have Been in Jail !
From the same 54 years of experience I would have gotten TWO tickets for the stop signs, I Had done a “Rolling stop” AKA “California Stop” AKA “boulevard stop” at ,…. Similarly had I not displayed my Pilots license at the request of the FAA ,…. I would have lost Said License permanently ,…. and also as A CDL driver I would have had a VERY severe penalty for that as well ,…. If in a commercial vehicle ,…. as well as having to spend the next 24 hours getting back out of jail for The “Obstruction” Charge ! ,….

I have gotten a ticket for not making a full stop at a stop sign, have U? She is a bilgerant human being, and it scares me to think of all these politicians and their lack of concern for THE PEOPLE….they don’t serve Us, they only serve themselves!!
