It doesn’t matter if everyone in that person’s life accepts him as a woman. It doesn’t make him an actual woman and he is NOT a MOTHER. And the fact they can’t even define what a woman is makes me wonder how they can identify as something they can’t even define.
As a women going through menopause and all that comes with that, this angers me so much. There is so much involved in the experience of being a woman that men will NEVER experience or understand. The idea that they could hijack womanhood just by making a statement that they are a woman is infuriating. If I tried to talk to a trans woman my age about menopause, they could in no way relate to my experience. Live and dress however you want but don’t ask me to affirm a lie. This is straight up mental illness.
