Going out of your way to offer to foster a dog and then dumping it at a kill shelter is sociopath behaviour, I hope their name was shared around the community of shelters so they can never get their hands on an animal again.
OMG. The same thing happened to us. A senior, stray pittie mix found her way to our porch and wouldn’t leave. We took her in. Took her to the vet. And made the final 4 years of life wonderful, with no more hunger, no more fear, and no more loneliness. We miss our Paisley every day.
