I spent 20 years in the Navy and visited many foreign countries. All of my fellow service members and myself were told countless times that we were ambassadors of the United States and to act accordingly. We were also told that we were subject to the laws of that country. Bottom line: go to another country and act a fool and you’ll be sorry. I don’t feel bad for this person.
Screaming in public in America used to be disturbing the peace, threatening & hostile behavior, disorderly conduct, actually it still is but the police have been ordered to not enforce it if you’re a certain people.
