The Haitian people are taking back their communities after a total collapse in orderly freedom. Nothing left to lose when those in control are engaged in terror and mass killings. Imperfect, terrible mistakes will happen. But it is the only way out through desparation. Pray for a natural end to the violence and a peaceful rebuilding.
