Some of the pardons seemed so weird as to why Biden would have done them it might be worth trying to find out if the recipients, or people in support of them paid off someone to get those pardons–was there a little ‘fund-raising’ ring wielding that signature pen?
I recall someone saying he was talking to Biden, asking Biden why had had done something and Biden said he had not- did not know anything about it. Now, I know Biden was probably not even half there, but maybe the ring relied on that and Biden was not doing quite as many apparently crazy things as it appeared. ?????
