It’s not an exaggeration to say that these people have a death wish. At the very least, they obviously wish to kill the person they were at birth. In many cases, however, it seems to be even more critical. This dude clearly doesn’t care about his current life as is apparent by his appearance. No one in a rational state of mind allows themself to grow into this kind of blob – he’s like a ticking time bomb just waiting to self destruct. He definitely needs help, and not just for his gender dysphoria. He’s throwing his life away, despite his preferred pronouns.
