1. The crappy work ethics are brought to you by our socialist school system. Students were taught that they could start at the jobs of their dreams at top dollar and didn’t have to earn it. They could dress as they wanted even when interfacing with the public. It will be nice when work ethics and pride in work accomplished returns to the work force. When I worked a part-time 2nd job in retail, I had to be a high school graduate, provide a resume of previous and current jobs and have no arrests. I had to pass a 2-hour test that included hands on experience, aptitude and integrity situation questions. Up until now, all one had to do is be the right race and gender. Times are finally changing. No more DEI or CRT or stupidity! AND, one must show up for work – no more work from home (like work actually really happened), three warnings for misconduct and you’re out. Most companies that I worked for had a company code of ethics document that you had to read and sign that you read it. There’s no “I didn’t know” excuses. It worked and everybody worked by the same set of rules. Companies that are chaotic are not productive and not a happy place to work.

2. IF you read the history of the yankee unions, you would agree with the South, about the truth of the War of northern Aggression. Amerika has been swimming in lies since before the 1860’s. IT needs to STOP (before people get killed AGAIN)
