What’s scary is that these mega companies are alleged to be ran by well experienced educated people , corporate boards etc… and they thought this was a good idea .
It’s hard to imagine that CEO’s of large companies and corporations didn’t have the foresight to know what the outcome would be if they embraced the DEI concept. They got what they deserve. Hiring based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity only and not on actual experience was bound for failure in neon flashing lights. Not all DEI companies have seen the light yet either.
Totally agree! What is inside counts more than what it looks like; we were told this growing up as well as don’t judge a book by the cover, it is the story that counts!
