I have thought all along the Cartels have her in Mexico, They put out a $10,000 bounty to kidnap American citizens. This suspect is an amateur and was given seed money to buy an outfit. 20 miles from the border and the Cartel can make a million dollars. This is to make up for the closed borders and Venezuela actions. That’s why no DNA in our system.
