I have been wondering why the courts have been using the double standards for the last decade. Maybe now that will change! Or will this judge shop for one of her activist friend judges to drop her charges…?

I agree with them arresting her. Now if she finds an activist friend judge to let her off ( without a valid due cause) arrest and jail both of them. We have to get rid of these judges who rule by their political values).
If you listen to the left, they will tell you the criminal illegal aliens are the backbone of the courts!
