He should’ve never been convicted. Used the practices he was trained with to stop a violent repeat offender who was already dying from the drugs Floyd ingested. More than that… Floyd was recently hospitalized . He had both overdosed and a case of Covid .
The he is seen overdosed inside the store again and passed out behind the wheel at a time when kids are getting out of school too.
But the real ISSUE that was never addressed by the court , the defense or the pulmonologist who testified for the prosecution was the number of people with Covid who suddenly become excited and die of a heart attack. That physician wrote the research article on it and he never brought it up. He was the AUTHOR who reported on it. That is one of the biggest problems in this country . When you take the stand you have to swear to tell the WHOLE truth. That means you cannot hide information. But often hospitals and their attorneys coach physicians and other medical personnel and tell them NOT to offer additional information or clarify their points unless pressed by the other sides attorney with the RIGHT question. If they do not know medicine then they dont ask the RIGHT questions directly and the witness,/ physician refuses to help, expand, explain or inform the attorney or the court.
