The only downside of the tariffs is, it’s if the tariffs bring back jobs to America. Do we have the people who want to work, or are willing to work or are smart enough for the work? But, I believe if the economy is still too high, then it will be all for nothing, because of the economy and taxes. Taxes for what, a government who decided to close their doors because of the demon-rats? So we need to get rid of the demon-rats cry babies first…..any ideas?🤔

“The SCOTUS?” What part of these Magpies in robes DO NOT run America do these ‘wannabe presidents’ NOT understand? Contrary to popular belief, that SCOTUS is NOT the final arbiter for much of anything, “We The Serfs” are! As Ripley would say, “BELIEVE IT OR NOT.”
I hope the SCOTUS will back the President as it is only fair to our country to have Fair TRADE AGREEMENTS it also will gain respect and jobs for our country! We finally have an expert negotiator as our President let’s not waste this opertunity. Steve, I agree. Tariffs encourage manufacturers to bring jobs back to America. They might put people back to work with good paying jobs.
The problem is that the imposition of tariffs (a form of taxation) falls under the purview of Congress.
The Executive can impose tariffs under a very narrow and limited set of circumstances. Trump has acted outside that narrow scope.
SCOTUS will rightly struck down the tariffs. The big question is how will all of this be unwound once they happens? Where will the money we’ve already collected go?
