This declaration of ” Permanent ” Sanctuary status makes the city of Portland, and by extension the state of Oregon, in clear violation of the supremacy clause, and aiding and abetting criminal activity from immigration violations to all of the crime that comes with them. Portland could go into history next to Fort Sumpter in Confederate South Carolina. The Cartels are paying a lot of money to support this activity, ( Not to mention Soros et al.)
