Oops, can’t see the video because YouTube terminated the account. And we all know why they terminated the account – it’s because Sergei Brin and his sister-in-law didn’t like the message. Seems it was contrary to their own political positions. It’s time to repeal Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. At the least it should be amended to immunize these outlets for content only so long as they do not control content. If they elect to control content (by banning, shadow banning, barring, editing, demonetizing, etc.) then they should be presumed to have accepted responsibility for that content which they DO allow. If you block, e.g., commentary challenging the safety of the COVID vaccine, but do allow commentary supporting it, then you should be held to have pushed it and you are as responsible as any doctor who prescribed it. And trust me, on that one, I doubt even YouTube wants to suck up that responsibility (just ask Astra-Zeneca why they’ve pulled their vaccine or pull the testimony of Pfizer’s CEO before the EU). Then alert your designated agent for service, ’cause it’s gonna get busy in a hurry.
