1. It’s real easy start using the 2M+ man power we have incarcerated in the US prisons/jails. It’s been a broken system since day one. We spend trillions of dollars a year to house/feed/take care of them& their families on welfare because the courts over sentence them to long sentences watching movies& playing videos. We need a new military branch. We need each dependent have a thorough mental, mental health drug & alcohol evaluation with life history. Sentence them to what they need medications, counseling, schooling, and job training, and they can’t get out until the finish. Instead of a prison it’s military and you start with boot camp type conditions getting clean, mental health, education, disapline, hard work, respect, duty, accomplishment. They then can move to another phase of job training learning how to build houses, schools, farms, automotive, stores, roads, etc and how to repair them. Then they move on to working getting paid (what illegals that Democrats say we need are paid at least at first). They can work remotely for computer type work like engineering, gaming, architecture etc or in military bases at these facilities of the 300k empty gov buildings we pay for. They can work in farming, live stock, food processing, automotive, infrastructure building roads, highways, schools, public buildings, homes we desperately need etc. With their money they learn budgeting the pay for things they need in prison, pay their families bills so their families don’t need welfare, any reasonable restitution payments. They can save money to put in bank so when they get out they have money for a place to live, automobile, utilities, food etc and have a job they’ve already been working on. They will be set up to actually succeed not fail. They never get out of the military type environment because they need structure, kept busy, hard work, accomplishments, brother/sisterhood, They also need online counseling for themselves& their families throughout to keep the family units together. Families go through the same sentences as the defenders. We should also review all the court cases/sentences of violent offenders because jurors judge on emotions and judges judge on politics.They get things wrong especially people who were under 25yrs,under drug or alcohol, had mental issues at the time,experienced allot of violence at a young age. Theres a difference between a split second reaction& diabolical horrific murder
