Hey remember how Russia and Red China are such powerhouses and how they lead the world? No? They also seized the means of production. Now Russia has, in theory, abandoned communism but still has a dictatorship and are involved in an endless war with what used to be part of their empire. Red China is still practicing communism but has modified it so that the people can at least get a square meal. (Not long after Russia’s revolution they had to modify it also). (North Korea’s idiots still haven’t learned this lesson). Communism and socialism have failed every time they have been imposed on ANY country. Zoran the moron’s actions will have the same result. All this system delivers is death and oppression!
Terry, I agree with you. I was behind the Iron Curtain in 1981, East Germany, Hungary, Czech., and Yugoslavia. Then in 1982 took a “medical course in the USSR. I saw the long lines at the stores, no food on the shelves, and people had few choices for clothing. The shirts on the men were baby poop orange or a strange avocado green, the women didn’t fare any better.
The hospitals in the USSR had the “death wards”, where they put you if they didn’t think you had a cure. One had to bring their own sheets for the bed, no A/C, and the list goes on.
Then in 2008, I went to Vietnam and Cambodia with a group advising them how to improve their health care system. They bragged about their 5% increase in survival; it went from 10% to 15%. Dr’s did not work after 3 PM and not on weekends. I also was in China and Hong Kong in 1995, Hong Kong was wonderful, then in 2008 under communist rule Hong Kong was awful.
Socialism and communism destroy everything it touches.
But look at the Demographics now in NYC. Free is something they think they are entitled to

I forgot a little fun fact, in Vietnam they do not have A/C in the hospitals, the 50 bed Intensive care ward leaves the windows open at the top, the colonies of bats in the corners of the ceiling do add a bit of character. Yes, I have photos of that.
Let NYC rot! Anyone that stays there deserves what they voted for. No federal funds to support socialist/communist NYC. Just move the entire financial district to Dallas, Tx!

Thanks Star Marie. There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch (TANSTAAFL). Our country’s biggest problem is that our kids have been taught this since the 1960s. Born in 1950 I remember the big slide this country took after about 1965. Spent some time carrying a Car-15 on a Special Forces recon team in Vietnam. Saw the eventual collapse of Russian communism in the early 90s. Watched Russia collapse and then slowly rebuild it’s self. Watched three sons and a daughter go into the service (one is still serving). Watched a grandson and a granddaughter join. My family has always served this country! (Both Grandfathers, my father and his brother served). Now I see the corruption in the fedgov has reached an all time high. Hopefully President Trump will be able to cut some of it back. Please God protect our country!
