Anybody with an 8th grade education knows that when a person is arrested, as per law enforcement safety for officers as well as the arrestee, that the probable cause has been established that the person being arrested is more likely than not GUILTY of the crime they are being arrested for, through the arrest warrant affidavit that is read by the signing or granting JUDGE!! Which means the arrestee can and will be taken where ever they are found, into custody and transported to the booking facility. Meaning, it does not matter where or whom they are, and more often than not taken into custody in full view of the public, this JACKASSED senator, playing politics, knowingly trying to besmirch the Director’s standing with his snide comment about “guidelines” and he himself should be arrested for public defamation of character and led out of the senate building in hand restraints in full view of the public and the media to reinforce my point about ARREST on a signed warrant, bringing the HABIAS CORPUS to appear before a court having jurisdiction. The “guidelines” being followed as specified by the Constitution he so libly tries to quote. DUMBASS of the highest degree!!
