At nearly 74 years of age I do not remember of any politician, or their appointed staff, ever being charged, much less being convicted, of any criminal activity and I firmly believe I will never see it happen in what remains of my lifetime. As many dear grandparents have told their children and grandchildren, “Money talks and horse@#$% walks”.
So evidence but no arrests?
There was one of a senator up east, who was on the take, gold, etc., that was charged and jailed this past year, I think. His name may have been Menendez, and I think his wife was charged too.
That Senator was Robert Menendez. He was convicted of a bunch of things, and is now at a branch of the Graybar Hotel. However, I don’t remember any mention of him having unkind thoughts about The Donald…perhaps that’s why MAGA didn’t insist on the death sentence for Menendez?
IMO, Comey and Hillary both belong i jail. Comey even admitted that he and his wife wanted Hillary to win, so I guess he decided to help her out, while lying about Trump. Look at the ones who suffered due to his lies, like Mike Flynn, who was a career military man, retired, and was to be appointed for a job in the Trump administration, who was lied about and jailed, and INNOCENT MAN, which I think was proven to be eventually. Dirty politics by the leader of the FBI and the democrat candidate, all lying!

No jail for political activity because one could be next. However it would seem to me that a conspiracy, carried out by several key Intel agencies (There are 17)to get rid of an outsider might qualify for severe punishment. It took several yrs to get rid of Menendez while he continued to vote and get all the perks of his office. Did he lose his pension???
The very simple answer to everybody concerned about if these people are tried will they be found guilty of guilty meaning in DC there’s no way they’re gonna convict a liberal simple answer to that military tribunal. This is treason. It falls under that court category.
