How in the world did “Tampon Timmy ever get elected? It’s hard to believe, but perhaps the, “Dumbing-Down” of America, the Indoctrination in the classroom, and outright Clowns in Office have combined to totally skew elections and allow outright nut-cases to be elected into Political Office. As a former TELT Certified GED Tutor, I was amazed by the number of illiterates that applied for Tutor Certification, because, “I graduated High School”. less than 10% displayed coherent login, none displayed adequacy in math, and none could read a passage and make a written report coherently, and the majority were “followers”, unable to display leadership capability which is necessary in a classroom.
I fear for the future of America as these trends have reached horrifying proportions. In closing, all I can say is: Alas Babylon; “Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.”
