Jojo’s mother is a huge contributing factor. She put Jojo in the spotlight from about 2 years old. BLEACHED her hair at 2 or 4 years old. And flat out said that she was determined to make Jojo a star. She encourages everything because it’s more attention/fame for Jojo, which benefits her, ie: money.
