The way i dealt with a hyper liberal office environment was by putting my head down and getting my work load done every day before the rest of my team (Me, 8 woman and 2 gay guys). Every meeting we had they whined and complained. I was positive and offered to do extra that they wouldn’t. I even was starting to out shine my manager who was a racist brown woman.
Not even a year of that and i was being offered promotions and managerial roles over the wokies who refused to work.Seriously the best way to win is ignore the woke whining and do the thing that angers them the most. Put your head down, don’t complain and get your workload done. This is a huge expectation of these people and you will easily get ahead.
I told my workplace I wasn’t taking their LGBT inclusivity training and was fired. Their loss.
