If you really knew what it is like in Haiti, you would understand the desperation that drives people to get out if they can. Remember, Haitians are here in the US legally, they work, they pay taxes, no, they don’t get any government subsidies, and if they marry they will marry an American citizen, and any children born in the US have birthright citizenship.

If illegal immigrant labor can be classified as “cheap” it means the illegal immigrants are getting paid less than what their work is worth, in other words, they are being exploited. When Jake Tapper and his ilk complain that Trump’s policies will be bad for the economy because we are losing “cheap labor” he is endorsing the exploitation of illegal immigrants.
If they’re here illegally, deport them. Simple as that. They knew this could happen when they crossed our border. If they want to come here, then do it the right way. Come to a port of entry and apply for US citizenship. But they’re not applying for US citizenship. Instead, they’re coming here to freeload, rob, steal, and commit crimes. If they get a job here, it will be “on the cheap” and they’ll be paid “under the table”. This is a disservice to US citizens.
