This simply highlights how grossly sad are far too many people in America that exhibit less than a 5th grade level of competence at a HS level education! What ‘skill’ will these people have, once they exit their “schooling” period? Visions of ‘crowds’ of thieves running out of stores with their STOLEN wares comes to mind.
