Ford ABANDONS Woke DEI Policies After THIS Man Exposes Them!

1. All the efforts they put into “leveling the playing field” doesnt mean they can play the game. even when someone has talent and skills to do a job, people still doubt their skills believing they got their job because of gov. Programs. All the efforts have only cast doubt upon the people with skills who deserved to advance. Their hard work is diminished by these programs that were to help people. instead they have had the opposite effect and even caused more harm and doubt. Now people of color have new doubts cast because employers cant count on peoples skill that may be obtained with government programs. its a shame when people working hard to advance have yet another hurdle to leap across to compete. Time to keep all reference to race and gender out of job applications. When physical strength must be considered then proof of strength and endurance can be demonstrated . Then when testing is the same for all then claim of bias cant be made. Gov. could write the basic standards for testing but that is all. Regulations have become mandates too easly.———— I, Grampa
