I’m a Black man that was born and raised in the NYC and I’m happy about this verdict! I also found out that Daniel Perry is an architecture student and he served our country in the military, so he seems like pretty solid guy in my book as a guy coming with an engineering and science background.

I know someone who was once unjustly accused of a sex abuse crime. You have no idea how it can ruin an innocent person’s relationships, affect a livelihood, your children, and make you doubt the “justice” system. So happy Penny was acquitted and that there are jurors who have some common sense. Sadly, people (mostly BLM) are attempting to turn it into a race issue (maybe Rev. Al is involved). The man who unfortunately died was not viewed as a black man when he went crazy on that train. He was seen as a genuine out-of-control threat and a menace to the other passengers. Thank you, Daniel Penny!
