  1. Military probably already had him on their radar before the incident. All you have to do, is wait on these slimballs & they eventually self destruct when they can’t bring themselves to follow an order or a law that appears contrary to the liberal mind. Find em & clean house!

  2. So what he’s saying then is the national guard in the movie First Blood, were totally in the wrong and weren’t even supposed to ge there? I wonder who the advisor was on that movie? And let’s not forget that sing Convoy; by the time we hit that Chi-town them bears was a getting smart. They’d brought up some reinforcements from the Illinois national guard.

    • Wrong Denny. Traitors need to pay the max. which is either public hanging or firing squad. Personally where as he is a Captain in the military he deserves the firing squad.

  3. I’m a retired officer. This guy is convicted and confused. If he has a personal gripe about the validity of an order. State it to his superior (in private if possible) if he can’t resolve it at that level move up the chain of command. If time doesn’t permit, inform the superior officer that he disagrees and will submit his disagreement in writing to the next higher authority. At which point, he salutes and says yes sir to the distasteful order, and rucks up and follows it. His gripes, misgivings etc ALWAYS go up. Had that been in a combat situation they’d have marched him to the nearest wall or tree and executed him there on the spot for disobeying a direct order, and sowing discord in the ranks. Pretty tough I realize, but someone like that can get many others killed in a combat situation. In a situation like this. I’d arrest him then try him in a military court. He self identified as an officer. Same as if he’d wore the uniform. He is using his authority as an officer of the US military in his rant. Big mistake.

  4. Mutiny against orders are not good for your legal aspects. And if you follow this turd, you will be just as guilty as he is. And you will jeopardize your position and rank. And will be subjected to a military court marshall.

  5. Just glad the sack of 🤬is OUT of our military we sure don’t need godless America haters in there! Don’t need the freak in any govt position either!!!

  6. If this were actually wartime – and we may not be very far from that, this guy would be in serious jeopardy of not only losing his freedom (Fort Leavenworth), he would be in serious danger of losing his life. He is provably fomenting mutiny, and in a serious sense, revolution, both of which are punishable by execution under the terms of the UCMJ. Now, this guy is also a leftist politician who is attempting to gain a seat in Congress. The man posits himself as a clear and present danger to the military, and indeed, the USA. He needs to go, and listening to his ignorant tirade, as a twenty-four-year veteran, I really am not too fussy about how.

  7. How did that asshole become an expert on “unlawful” orders? Keep in mind, this is just his opinion. And he’s wrong. He’s sowing discord and should be dishonorably discharged at the very least.
